Owner: Paul R. Demharter, CPA - Certified Public Accountant

Paul Demharter has been a practicing Certified Public Accountant for over thirty  years. He holds a B.S. in Accounting from The College of William and Mary and is certified in the states of Virginia and Pennsylvania. A CPA is required by law to pass a two day exam and complete a work experience requirement as well as meet professional education requirements to maintain a current working knowledge in the areas of accounting and taxation. Paul is a member of the AICPA (American Institute of Certified Public Accountants) the PICPA (Pennsylvania Institute of Certified Public Accountants) the AICPA Tax Section,  Paul undergoes independent peer review and has successfully completed his fifth consecutive AICPA Peer Review. Firms enrolled in the program agree to adhere to the quality control standards that have been established by the AICPA and must have an independent review of their accounting and auditing practices.

Associate: Kathleen M. Heasley, EA - Enrolled Agent, Office Manager

An Enrolled Agent is licensed by the federal government to represent taxpayers before the IRS. An EA has demonstrated technical competence in the field of taxation by passing a two day exam administered by the IRS and must maintain a current working knowledge by meeting required continuing education requirements in taxation. Kathleen is a member of the NAEA (National Association of Enrolled Agents). Kathleen has been with the firm for twenty-one years.

Accounting/ Tax Consultant: David G. Sestini
David holds a BS in Accounting and has over 20 years of public accounting experience to share with clients and has been with the firm for fourteen years.

Administrative Assistant:  Lori M. Smail
Lori has joined our staff  as an Administrative Assistant.  She attended Bradford School for her secretarial training.
